1Password is hiring a Sr Enterprise Systems Engineer, AI Productivity. You will design, build, and scale secure AI and automation solutions across the company, partnering with stakeholders to optimize workflows and unlock productivity.

Based in the United States, this remote role reports to the Manager of Enterprise Tools and offers impactful, scalable automation initiatives. You will develop and document standards, guide adoption, and drive measurable reductions in manual tasks through

Qualifications

Experience in IT systems, automation engineering, or enterprise productivity enablement.
Design and implement technical solutions using APIs, connectors, and low-code/no-code tools.
Build and maintain workflow automations to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
Collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders to deliver practical solutions.

Responsibilities

Manage centralized AI and automation platforms for secure, scalable use.
Build AI-powered workflows that streamline operations across teams.
