Job summary

Justworks is seeking a Senior IT Support Engineer in New York City to lead advanced endpoint management and workplace technology initiatives. You will combine hands-on support with automation and AI-driven improvements to keep employees productive and secure.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional IT Support experience in a startup, tech, or enterprise environment.
Experience managing complex endpoint technologies and driving operational improvements.
Excellent customer service, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong system thinking, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Hands-on experience using AI assistants (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Copilot) to aid troubleshooting and automation.

Responsibilities

Serve as a senior technical expert for complex endpoint, OS, networking, and workplace tech issues.
Engineer, maintain, and improve endpoint technologies to boost reliability, security, and productivity.
Deliver exceptional white-glove technical support to remote and in-office staff.
Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.
Collaborate with Infrastructure and Security teams to improve the employee tech experience.
