Justworks is seeking a Senior IT Site Engineer in Phoenix to provide dedicated IT support to executives and manage technical operations in our new office. This hybrid role requires a minimum of 5 years IT support experience, where you'll troubleshoot macOS and Windows systems while ensuring smooth onboarding for new team members.

You will partner closely with global IT and play a significant part in maintaining network and AV setups, along with mentoring peers to elevate our technical excellence.

The salary range for this position is $102,000-$127,000 per year, highlighting our commitment to a rewarding workplace for all team members.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional IT Support experience.
• Experience providing white-glove technical support to executives.
• Advanced troubleshooting skills on macOS and Windows.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary onsite contact for technical issues.
