Justworks, Inc. is hiring a Senior IT Support Engineer in New York. You will serve as a senior technical expert, driving improvements across endpoint management, workplace technology, and the Digital Employee Experience (DEX).

Expect hands-on support, automation, and process improvements to keep employees productive, with a customer-first approach. You’ll lead onboarding/offboarding, manage asset lifecycle, and collaborate with Infrastructure and Security to elevate IT operations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional IT Support experience in startup/enterprise environments.
• Experience managing complex endpoint technologies and driving operational improvements.
• Excellent customer service, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong system thinking and ability to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience using AI assistants to improve troubleshooting, documentation, scripting, and research while maintaining security and data privacy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior technical expert for endpoint, OS, networking, and workplace technology issues.
• Engineer and improve endpoint technologies, OS configurations, and workplace tech for reliability and security.
• Deliver white-glove technical support to remote and in-office users.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement long-term solutions.
• Partner with Infrastructure and Security to enhance the employee tech experience.
