Qualifications

• Five+ years of professional IT support experience in a business environment.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows and macOS platforms.
• Experience administering Active Directory and user accounts.
• Experience using Jamf to manage Apple devices.
• Familiarity with endpoint and email security solutions.

Responsibilities

• Provide responsive technical support for Windows and Mac computers, applications, peripherals, and connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain laptop hardware and software.
• Manage Active Directory user accounts, groups, and access permissions.
• Use Jamf to manage Apple devices, deploy apps, apply configuration profiles, and maintain device compliance.
• Support endpoint security software and email security solutions, including threat troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate IT asset records, inventory, purchases, warranties, and lifecycle status.
• Coordinate equipment deployment, onboarding/offboarding, and lifecycle activities.
• Record and manage requests through the ticketing system and communicate status to users.
• Collaborate with IT colleagues and vendors to resolve complex issues and improve services.
• Proactively expand technical knowledge and identify process improvements.
