Responsibilities

• Administer and support enterprise Mac/macOS environments.
• Create and modify Jamf Pro Smart Groups and Static Groups.
• Develop and maintain Jamf policies, configuration profiles, and scripts.
• Manage Extension Attributes and PreStage Enrollments.
• Configure enrollment customizations and Self Service items.
• Create and maintain patch policies for macOS applications and software.
• Develop and maintain reporting views to monitor device compliance and health.
• Troubleshoot macOS hardware, software, configuration, and connectivity issues.
• Support enterprise Mac deployments, upgrades, enrollment, and lifecycle management.
• Ensure Mac devices comply with organizational security and configuration standards.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and application teams to resolve technical issues.
