Job summary

The State of Wyoming is seeking a Computer Technology Support Analyst to serve as a senior Tier II SME for end-user computing environments. You will diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network issues, document findings, and guide junior technicians while coordinating with agencies and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior-level Tier II technical support for complex issues.
• Lead endpoint imaging, deployment, and hardware refresh activities.
• Instruct junior technicians on ITSM and problem-solving.
• Collaborate with agencies and vendors to resolve enterprise software issues.
• Document issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
