Job summary

Summit Human Capital is looking for a highly motivated Computer Systems Analyst in Oklahoma City to provide Tier II support for federal agency end-users. The ideal candidate must have at least 6 years of experience or a Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience. Responsibilities include resolving complex technical issues, document ticket resolutions, and supporting a 24/7 operation. Candidates must possess US Citizenship, the ability to obtain security clearance, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of professional experience or Bachelor's degree plus 1+ years of experience.
• Ability to pass federal background check and obtain DoD Secret clearance.
• Strong professionalism skills with the ability to work with high-level government individuals.

Responsibilities

• Support a 24/7/365 operation for a federal government agency.
• Work with end-users to resolve higher-level technical issues related to devices and software.
• Use advanced troubleshooting techniques to resolve technical issues.
