The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years in IT, solid Windows/macOS troubleshooting, server admin (AD/Exchange), virtualization expertise, and strong security knowledge.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT, CS or related field.
• 5-7 years of IT support, system administration or related role.
• Experience troubleshooting Windows and macOS, networks, and hardware.
• Server administration (AD/Exchange) and virtualization experience.
• Strong IT security practices and principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize.
• Certifications such as CompTIA Network+, MCSE, CCNA are desirable.
• Willingness to work a hybrid schedule from Randburg, Gauteng.

Responsibilities
