Job summary

Eagle One Solutions, Inc. seeks a Senior Management Consultant to provide strategic business advice and full life-cycle acquisition support to a key Federal client, ensuring IT infrastructure and services align with mission objectives.

The role delivers guidance to CORs and DT management while facilitating cost accounting, program reviews, and performance measurement. The successful candidate will work in a hybrid environment, supporting government programs with strong IT and financial analysis

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 8+ years in a federal-facing senior role.
• Master’s degree and PMP preferred.
• Experience with large project management.

Responsibilities

• Establish a cost accounting framework to capture IT infrastructure and business services cost data.
• Develop a standard program review process for executive visibility and portfolio management.
• Support CORs in planning, budgeting, and contract expenditure analysis.
• Monitor contract funding status and prepare SOOs, IGCEs, and pre-award documents.
• Collaborate with acquisition teams on market research and contractor performance.
