Job summary

Eagle One Solutions, Inc., a Chenega Professional Services’ company, seeks a Senior Management Consultant to provide strategic advice and full lifecycle acquisition support to a key Federal client, ensuring IT investments align with mission objectives and are effectively managed.

The role emphasizes building credible cost accounting structures, program reviews, COR/CO collaboration, and performance reporting, with a hybrid work setup and exposure to government cost-savings initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field; 8+ years in a federal role.
• Master’s degree and PMP preferred.
• Knowledge of IT acquisitions and cost management within federal agencies.

Responsibilities

• Establish a multi-dimensional cost accounting framework for IT infrastructure and services.
• Develop a standard program review process for executive visibility into cost and service level.
• Assist CORs with SOW/SOO preparation, IGCEs, and pre-award documents.
• Monitor contract expenditures and ensure adequate funding (budget execution).
• Support Source Selection and provide acquisition-related trainings to CORs and DT management.
