Job summary

Eagle One Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Senior Management Consultant to provide strategic business advice and full life-cycle acquisition support for a federal client. You will help ensure mission objectives are achieved through IT systems and infrastructure, reporting to CORs and DT management.

This role requires strong program control, financial analysis, and contract management capabilities, with a focus on cost accounting and performance metrics across IT services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Mathematics, IT, or related discipline.
• 8+ years’ experience in a similar role supporting a federal agency.
• Master’s degree and PMP preferred.
• Experience with large project management.

Responsibilities

• Establish a multi-dimensional cost accounting framework for IT infrastructure and services.
• Develop and implement a standard program review process for executive visibility.
• Assist CORs with IGCEs and SOW/SOO preparation.
• Collaborate with DT General Acquisitions Bureau and perform market research.
• Manage balanced scorecard implementation and metrics.
