Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in management consulting, especially with cybersecurity or homeland security projects.
• Excellent oral and written communication; ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to obtain a security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with clients and stakeholders; ensure feedback is heard and acted on.
• Design strategies to improve information sharing and workflow efficiency using tools and automation.
• Collect and analyze data and user feedback to refine tools and approaches.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to identify trends and themes.
