Intertech, Inc. seeks a Senior Account Executive to lead IT staffing and consulting sales in the Twin Cities. You will manage client relationships, drive multiple deals, and collaborate with recruiters and delivery teams to close contracts.

You’ll sell staffing, project work, and AI services with a proven track record, earning uncapped commission and a strong base salary. This role blends remote flexibility with local client engagement.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of B2B sales, mostly selling IT staffing or IT consulting.
• Track record of winning new business with measurable results.
• Experience selling both time-and-materials staffing and project/SOW work.
• Self-motivated with ability to build your own pipeline.
• Solution-focused—sell outcomes, not resumes.
• Resident of the Twin Cities metro.

Responsibilities

• Open doors with CIOs, IT directors, and hiring managers across the Twin Cities.
• Win new clients through network, outreach, referrals, and events.
• Turn first deals into long-term accounts with multiple buyers and projects.
• Own the full cycle: discovery, solution, pricing, proposal, negotiation, close.
• Team up with recruiters to fill roles quickly with the right people.
• Partner with delivery leads to scope and price project work.
• Keep pipeline and forecast clean to know where you stand.
