Intertech, Inc. on a Senior Account Executive track seeks a proven seller to win new IT staffing and project work in the Twin Cities. You’ll manage full lifecycle deals, from discovery to close, partnering with recruiters and delivery leads. Remote work with local client meetings is supported.

The role offers base salary with uncapped commission and a strong local bench. Start date targeted for Q1 2027, with opportunities to grow long‑term client partnerships.

Competenze

• 7+ years of B2B sales, mostly selling IT staffing or IT consulting.
• Track record of winning new business and growing it, with numbers to back it up.
• Experience selling both time‑and‑materials staffing and project/SOW work.
• Self-motivated and able to build your own pipeline without being chased.
• Solution‑focused, sell outcomes, not resumes.
• You live in the Twin Cities metro.

• Win new clients through your network, outreach, referrals, and events.
• Turn first deals into long‑term accounts with multiple buyers and projects.

• Team up with our recruiters to fill roles fast with the right people.
• Partner with delivery leads to scope and price project work.
• Keep your pipeline and forecast clean so you always know where you stand.
