Job summary

Kellton is seeking an established Business Development Director to grow its IT Staffing & Services portfolio from Des Moines and beyond. This hunting role opens new client relationships, sells to senior decision-makers, and leads with staffing while leveraging IT Services to broaden deals.

The role is largely offsite with periodic visits to Des Moines. You will manage a small portfolio of active accounts, work with the recruiting team to submit strong candidates quickly, and build a

Qualifications

• 5+ years in staffing or IT services sales.
• Proven ability to open new client accounts and hunt new logos.
• Experience selling to senior decision-makers; offsite and self-directed.
• Insurance/financial services industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hunt new logos through outreach, networking, referrals, and consultative selling to senior / C-level buyers — leading with staffing, introducing IT Services where it fits.
• Own assigned accounts as the single point of contact: gather requirements, expand into new hiring managers, and revive dormant accounts.
• Partner with the recruitment manager and recruiting team to turn requirements into fast, high-quality submittals, and with services leadership to scope IT Services opportunities.
• Build and manage a self-sustained pipeline; maintain accurate data in the ATS/CRM and report progress to leadership.
