INSPYR Solutions in Fort Lauderdale, FL seeks a results-driven Business Development Manager to grow IT staffing and professional services portfolios. You will build executive-level relationships, uncover opportunities, and drive revenue in a hybrid environment.

The role emphasizes a quota-driven selling approach, collaboration with recruiting and delivery teams, and a focus on long-term partnerships with new and existing clients in the Fort Lauderdale / Miami market.

Formación

• At least 2 years of successful IT staffing sales experience.
• Experience managing client relationships and selling IT staffing solutions; Professional Services experience is a plus.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
• A proactive, high-energy approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-facing role.

Responsabilidades

• Grow target accounts by building relationships, identifying new opportunities, and expanding our footprint.
• Partner with recruiting and delivery teams to develop solutions that meet client needs.
• Build relationships with key decision-makers, including hiring managers, HR, procurement, and executive stakeholders.
• Lead client meetings, negotiate contracts, and drive revenue growth.
• Stay close to the market to identify new opportunities and strengthen client partnerships.
