Job summary

INSPYR Solutions, a national expert in delivering flexible technology and talent solutions, is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager for the Dallas market. You will drive revenue by selling IT Staffing Services to mid-market and enterprise accounts, expanding our presence, and building trusted relationships through on-site meetings and events.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of IT staffing sales, strong communication skills, and experience with MSP/VMS and executive relationships.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of IT staffing sales success with a top industry competitor.
• Experience selling MSP/VMS and managed services.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with executives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within target accounts.
• Serve as primary point of contact for the account, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring needs are met.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including delivery, to develop and execute strategic account plans.
• Coordinate interviews, check references, and extend offers to qualified candidates.
• Build relationships with clients through on-site meetings and a variety of social events.
• Contract negotiation with Procurement, HR, Hiring Managers and potentially VMS systems.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
