Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in agency staffing, technical recruiting, or talent acquisition (IT/Tech preferred).
• Based in South Florida with on-site 2 days/week at Miramar, FL.
• Familiarity with IT terminology and roles (e.g., .NET, Java, Python, AWS/Azure).
• Desire to grow into B2B sales, account management, and client development.
• Experience with ATS/CRM and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Monster, Dice).
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit IT professionals using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and internal databases.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates against client requirements.
• Manage full lifecycle from outreach to placement and post-placement follow-up.
• Maintain a deep pipeline of South Florida IT talent across software, DevOps, Cloud, Data, Cyber, and PM.
