Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field; equivalent experience accepted.
• Minimum 2 years IT support or help desk experience.
• Experience with Windows OS and Microsoft 365.
• Familiarity with Active Directory and VPN technologies.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-level technical support for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows OS and software.
• Support Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint.
• Manage user accounts, access permissions, password resets, and security groups.
• Respond to service requests via the ticketing system with timely resolution.
