Job summary

Trademark Global, LLC is seeking a full-time Information Technology Specialist for a remote role to support and maintain the company’s technology infrastructure. Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
• Configure and maintain switches, routers, wireless networks, and user access.
• Basic firewall management and data protection principles.
• Clear communication with non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with Windows and/or macOS environments and remote support tools is beneficial.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Degree in IT or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+ are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Trademark Global’s technology infrastructure.
• Manage day-to-day network administration tasks and monitor system performance.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues and escalate as needed.
• Implement basic network security practices and assist with user account management.
• Collaborate with other departments on new tools and systems rollouts.
