As part of a collaborative IT support environment, the Technician Specialist helps ensure data protection, asset management, and adherence to organizational technology standards. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, MIS, or Associate’s Degree in Systems Technology or equivalent work experience.
3+ years of support of systems in troubleshooting, design, and installation of IT related systems.
The Technician Specialist is regularly required to sit or stand while performing computer‑based work and to move between workstations, offices, and technical areas. The role may involve lifting, carrying, or positioning equipment such as computers, monitors, and peripherals, typically up to moderate weight levels.
