Job summary

Kenan Advantage Group is seeking an IT Program Manager to lead the Applied Solutions Program across all business units and platforms. You will guide a cross-functional team and ensure delivery of IT solutions that support business success.

You will manage project portfolios, coordinate with stakeholders, and mentor staff while driving process improvements and training to enable operational use of new technologies.

Qualifications

• College diploma or university degree required.
• Degree in computer science, MIS, supply chain or business management preferred.
• IT project or IT work related experience required.
• Experience managing technology projects and/or programs.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, and communication skills.
• Supervisory experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross functional team delivering IT solutions/services to the business.
• Manage delivery of new technologies and solutions.
• Coordinate and mentor direct reports; conduct performance evaluations.
