Job summary

Kenan Advantage Group (KAG) is seeking an IT Project Manager III to lead programs and multiple projects across business units, providing supervision to project managers and business analysts. The role includes mentoring junior PMs and helping maintain the Project Management Life Cycle (PMLC) while assisting the PMO team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• PMI or equivalent certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of Project Management experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent meeting facilitation skills.
• Proficient with business and systems process modeling.
• Proficient with project and program budget and cost management.
• Experience leading project teams of various sizes.
• Prior IT experience.
• Experience with WorkFront and/or other Project Management Tools.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Manage programs and strategic planning to accomplish organizational goals.
• Oversee multiple projects spanning multiple business lines.
• Provide direct supervision to project managers and/or business analysts.
• Identify and assist in developing Project Management skills in junior team members.
• Provide input and assist in preparing Executive-Level status reports with the PMO Manager and Project Portfolio Manager (PPM).
• Assist in evolving the Project Life Cycle to maintain service levels to the organization.
• Complete documentation, testing, training, and requirements definition for projects.
• Meet the deployment, development, and training objectives as assigned for each project/program.
• Communicate project status; identify roadblocks and provide solutions.
• Execute change management policies and procedures.
