Job summary

• Experience managing technology related projects and/or programs.

• Excellent understanding of the organizations goals and objectives.
• Previous supervisory experience (at least 2 years).

Responsibilities

• Develop and mentor direct reports; conduct performance evaluations.
• Communicate and implement training.
• Oversee project resources and travel coordination.
• Act as escalation point to expedite resolution within department and projects.
• Collaborate with business to determine technology needs and opportunities.
• Participate in and lead parts of projects.
