Pacific Life seeks an IT Solution Analyst to join the Technology Team in Newport Beach, CA (also supporting Omaha, NE or Charlotte, NC). You will bridge Customer Service and technology delivery, analyze business needs, identify gaps, and develop scalable solutions that boost operational efficiency and customer experience.

You will consult with business owners, guide project delivery, steward processes, and collaborate with Solution Analysts to ensure quality artifacts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an analytical field, computer science, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of business analysis and/or systems analysis in a Financial Services app development environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to translate technical concepts to business terms.
• Solid teamwork and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Agile software development.

Responsabilités

• Business Consultation: consults with business owners to identify improvements and translate objectives into solutions; evaluates new ideas, vendors, and models; defines impacts and options.
• Project Delivery: structures programs, creates backlogs, drives execution with delivery teams, and manages stakeholder engagement.
• Process Stewardship: develops integrated business models showing interoperability between products, operations, and systems.
• Team Development: collaborates with other Solution Analysts to share knowledge and ensure quality of artifacts.
