Job summary

Builders FirstSource seeks a Senior Manager, IT - Software Engineering and Development to lead teams delivering OTC Sales Execution, OMS+ and SAP S/4HANA integrations with OMNI, Salesforce, and related sales apps. You will own solution strategy, lifecycle, and service models across a broad portfolio.

You will partner with Sales, Operations, Product, EA, Security, QA, Enablement and external providers to deliver scalable, secure, and supportable solutions aligned with business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in software engineering and enterprise solutions.
• Experience leading managers and professional teams across multiple applications.
• Experience managing strategy, roadmaps, budgets, and vendor management.
• Experience delivering integrated order management, CRM, ERP or similar systems.
• Strong communication, problem solving and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead managers and staff responsible for OTC Sales Execution, OMS+, and integrations.
• Own solution strategy, design, roadmap, and service model for the portfolio.
• Partner with business leaders to align processes with strategic priorities.
• Translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and integrated solutions.
• Direct solution delivery from requirements to deployment and support.
• Enforce standards across internal and partner teams for architecture, security, and release management.
• Coordinate dependencies across SAP S/4HANA, OMS+, OMNI, Salesforce, and other systems.
• Prioritize enhancements, defects, and technical debt based on value and risk.
