Job summary
Builders FirstSource is seeking an experienced IT leader to drive SAP Order to Cash initiatives across S/4HANA, S/4HANA Cloud, and SAP Commerce Cloud. You will lead a team of analysts and engineers to deliver efficient order-to-cash processes, optimize reporting, and align technology with the company’s transformation strategy.
You will mentor teams, develop OKRs and KPIs, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement data-driven improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
- Minimum expectation of progressive experience in SAP Order to Cash and related modules.
- Experience leading IT teams and coordinating with business stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead OTC configuration, integration, customization, and master data governance.
- Design and implement reporting and analytics for order-to-cash processes.
- Mentor IT Business Analysts, Software Engineers, and SMEs.
- Develop OKRs and KPIs for technology OTC processes and track progress.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to drive data-driven process improvements.
- Apply design thinking to enhance end-user experience in OTC.
- Oversee SAP BTP extensibility to enhance OTC capabilities.
