Job summary

Builders FirstSource, America's largest supplier of building materials, seeks an experienced SAP OTC leader to drive the Order to Cash journey. You will coordinate configuration, integration, and reporting across S/4HANA, S/4HANA Cloud, SAP Commerce Cloud, and Vistex for paybacks and chargebacks, while guiding a diverse IT team.

The role emphasizes design thinking, data-driven improvements, and collaboration with business stakeholders to align with BFS transformation strategy.

Qualifications

• Experience configuring SAP OTC and related modules across S/4HANA landscape.
• Ability to design reporting and analytics for order-to-cash processes.
• Leadership in IT Order to Cash with Stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SAP OTC configuration, integration, and reporting.
• Develop roadmaps for SAP S/4HANA and SAP Commerce Cloud projects.
• Mentor IT Business Analysts and Software Engineers on OTC initiatives.
• Define OKRs and KPIs for technology Order to Cash processes.
• Communicate insights to leadership with data-driven recommendations.
