Job summary

Builders FirstSource, America's largest supplier of building materials, value-added components and building services, seeks an experienced IT leader to guide SAP ERP initiatives. You will oversee software teams and drive a strategic roadmap aligned with BFS goals.

Lead projects from requirements to delivery, enforce coding and architectural standards, and collaborate with executives to optimize processes and costs.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing SAP ECC or S/4 HANA in large organizations.
• Strong knowledge of Order to Cash, Record to Report and Supply Chain Integration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to partner with executive leadership.
• SAP certification(s) in relevant modules is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee one or multiple software engineering teams, guiding module/application development.
• Lead the development of an application strategy aligned with IT goals and roadmaps.
• Manage projects from requirements to completion and ensure quality delivery.
• Champion agile practices and close collaboration across teams.
• Identify service gaps and implement improvement plans.
• Maintain business context to align IT strategy with growth and cost savings.
• Engage with multi-functional teams to remove blockers and solve issues.
