Builders FirstSource seeks a senior SAP IT leader to drive the Order to Cash and related SAP S/4HANA initiatives. You will partner with stakeholders to define roadmaps, oversee configuration, integration, master data, and reporting, and ensure alignment with the company transformation strategy.

You will manage and mentor a team of IT Business Analysts and developers, apply design thinking for end-user experiences, and report KPIs to leadership. Telecommuting is permitted with about 20% travel.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Progressive experience in SAP S/4HANA and OTC processes is expected.

Mansioni

• Partner with stakeholders to develop a comprehensive SAP roadmap covering S/4HANA, S/4HANA Cloud for Receivables Management, SAP Commerce Cloud, and Vistex.
• Lead and manage the SAP OTC process including configuration, integration, master data, and reporting.
• Design reporting/analytics for OTC using SAP S/4HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud.
• Oversee IT Order to Cash processes in alignment with transformation strategy.
• Mentor a team of IT BAs, SWEs, and SMEs; drive coaching and training for career development.
• Develop OKRs and KPIs for OTC processes; monitor and report progress to leadership.
• Apply design thinking to improve end-user experience in OTC processes; leverage SAP BTP for extensibility.
• Manage remote and in-person team members; plan, assign, and evaluate performance; conduct reviews.
• Telecommuting permitted; 20% domestic travel required.

Formazione

Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
