• Experience with Microsoft Windows operating systems.

Responsibilities

• Implement a strategic support service model with IT leadership.
• Coordinate and prioritize urgent and complex support items and projects.
• Collaborate with vendors and third‑party systems.
• Lead at least one major school‑wide technical initiative or product.
