Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, and instructional tech.
• Manage service requests and SLA adherence.
• Maintain clear incident status communication with stakeholders.
• Escalate complex issues to the TSC when needed.
• Support deployment of new technology per district standards.
• Maintain inventory records of devices and equipment.
• Ensure security and digital safety practices.
