Qualifications
- 5–7 years of software/platform engineering experience with advanced, hands-on knowledge of ServiceNow and Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence).
- Experience designing and delivering enterprise-grade technology platforms.
- Ability to configure, integrate, upgrade, and troubleshoot across diverse environments.
Responsibilities
- Platform Engineering & Solution Delivery: design, build, configure, and support IT Services platforms and integrations.
- Production-Ready Engineering: write maintainable code, configurations, workflows, and integrations; validate AI outputs.
- Production Support & Operational Reliability: troubleshoot complex production issues and document incident timelines.
- Stakeholder Partnership & Technical Communication: translate needs into practical technical solutions with stakeholders.
- Technical Leadership & Mentorship: share patterns, mentor on prompt engineering and SDLC practices.
