Job summary

Sephora in the United States is seeking a Senior Engineer for IT Services to design and deliver enterprise-grade platforms powering operations at scale. You will work with ServiceNow and Atlassian tools, integrating AI-first engineering workflows and leading production-ready solutions.

You will collaborate with business analysts, architects, and engineers to translate needs into practical technical designs, mentor teammates, and uphold engineering standards across the SDLC.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of software/platform engineering experience with ServiceNow and Atlassian products.
• Experience applying AI agents, prompt engineering, and context management to engineering workflows.
• Ability to design, build, and integrate enterprise platforms at scale.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, configure, and support IT Services platforms and integrations.
• Direct AI agents to accelerate solution design, configuration analysis, documentation, and implementation planning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex L3+ production issues across supported platforms.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, product partners, and engineers to translate needs into practical technical solutions.
• Mentor teammates on prompt engineering, responsible AI review, and agentic SDLC practices.
