Job summary

Sephora USA, Inc. is seeking a Strategic Sourcing Senior Manager, IT, to lead end-to-end sourcing for IT services, hardware, software, SaaS, and AI.

You will drive opportunities, analyze market trends, and negotiate complex contracts to deliver value and manage risk across Sephora’s technology portfolio. You will partner with Technology, Legal, Finance, and business teams to design sourcing strategies, realize cost savings, and support compliance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategic sourcing, procurement, or category management in tech.
• Experience leading sourcing initiatives and contract negotiations for enterprise software, SaaS, hardware, and related services.
• Deep knowledge of technology markets, licensing structures, and consumption-based models.
• Proven ability to develop sourcing strategies, analyze data, and translate findings into value.
• CPSM certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic sourcing initiatives for Sephora's technology org, esp. IT services, hardware, software, SaaS, and AI.
• Manage complex sourcing projects from assessment to supplier selection, contracting, and performance management.
• Partner with Technology, Legal, Finance, and business teams to develop sourcing strategies and agreements.
• Deliver cost savings and broader business value through enterprise discount programs and long-term agreements.
• Identify opportunities across software and SaaS to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Build senior-level relationships, manage expectations, and communicate risks and progress.
• Lead supplier negotiations and support contract lifecycle management, including SLAs and renewal strategies.
• Collaborate with global teams to align strategies and maximize enterprise value.
• Support capability building by sharing category expertise and best practices.
