• Experience leading IT service management programs.

• Strong governance and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Define ITSM strategy, governance framework, and process maturity priorities.
• Provide governance for Incident and Major Incident management and post-incident reviews.
• Lead proactive and reactive Problem Management with backlog prioritization and root-cause analysis.
• Govern Change Management with risk-based standards and CAB optimization across delivery models.
• Govern Service Configuration and IT Asset Management with clear policies and lifecycle oversight.
