Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is seeking a Senior Manager, IT Service Management to lead the strategy and governance of enterprise ITSM in a remote capacity. You will collaborate across technology, security, risk, and business teams to align service delivery with priorities and regulatory requirements.

The role requires leadership across incident and major incident management, problem management, and change management, driving continual improvement and ensuring risk-based controls are in place to support

Responsibilities

• Lead ITSM strategy, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives across enterprise IT.
• Define ITSM policies, standards, controls, and operating models.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, Risk, and business teams to align service delivery with priorities and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor process maturity, drive improvements based on risk and business value, and manage resource alignment.
• Provide governance for Incident, Problem, Change, and Asset Management with clear accountability.
