Lawelawe Defense Inc. (LDI) seeks an IT Service Desk Specialist III for the Naval Health Clinic at Quantico, VA.

You will provide technical assistance, support, and guidance to end users for hardware, software, and systems via phone, email, or chat, resolving moderate to highly complex issues. The role operates on-site at Quantico, with duties including troubleshooting PCs, printers, and devices, and serving as the first contact for customers needing assistance.

Qualifications

• Six (6) years of experience as an IT Service Desk Specialist.
• Active secret security clearance required.
• Must be a US Citizen.
• IAT-II baseline certificate per DoD 8570.01-M.
• Active CompTIA Security+ CE certification.
• Knowledge of hardware, software, and operating systems.

Responsabilités

• Answer questions and provide technical assistance to end users for hardware, software, and systems via phone, email, or chat.
• Resolve computer software and hardware problems for users.
• Serve as a primary contact for users with issues in software, hardware, and OS.
• Escalate to Level 4 technicians or GSC as needed.
• Maintain SOPs and service catalog for software installs and hardware troubleshooting.
• Perform system administrator duties including server administration and security patching.
