Job summary

IntePros, a women-owned staffing firm, seeks an Account Executive to build client relationships, identify IT talent needs, and drive growth across national accounts. You will collaborate with hiring managers and internal teams to present qualified talent and close opportunities.

You should have a college degree (preferred) and prior sales experience in staffing, with IT sales experience highly valued. This role offers remote-work capability, competitive commissions, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• College degree highly preferred.
• Prior sales experience in the staffing industry is required.
• Prior experience in IT sales is strongly preferred.
• Must be a self-starter/highly motivated.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Determined and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Prospect clients with IT talent acquisition needs.
• Identify and initiate contact with hiring managers.
• Sell resumes of qualified candidates directly to hiring managers.
• Build relationships with clients and managers to be a trusted partner.
• Provide strategic and tactical account development.
• Grow existing accounts.
• Manage, document and coordinate all communication with clients.
• Work cohesively with all IntePros Teammates.
• Join and become involved in industry associations.
• Meet weekly KPI’s.
• Drive aggressive growth and profitability in a sustainable manner.
