Job summary

Machine Learning Technologies LLC seeks a Technical Project Manager to lead complex IT projects in Harrisburg, PA. You will manage software development, enterprise architecture, and contact center initiatives using PMBOK-aligned methods and Agile frameworks.

Remote work is available with onsite engagements in Middletown, PA as needed. The role requires strong vendor management, risk control, and QA/UAT oversight.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of project management experience delivering IT projects of varying complexity.
• Expert proficiency in management of scope, schedule, quality, communication, vendor, resource, change, and integration.
• Hands-on experience delivering using Agile frameworks such as SCRUM and SAFe.
• Experience planning tolling Back Office system, including cutover and go-live activities.
• Familiarity with enterprise architecture principles, governance processes, and ecosystem impact analysis.
• Experience implementing contact center and telephony solutions, payment platforms, and middleware/integration technologies.
• Understanding of IT security fundamentals and PCI compliance requirements.
• Strong vendor management experience including oversight of system integrators and software providers.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with ability to prepare executive-level presentations.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience developing and validating test scripts, supporting QA cycles, and overseeing UAT.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and deliver complex technology projects across software development, enterprise architecture, infrastructure, and contact center solutions.
• Lead governance forums, steering committees, and stakeholder engagement to drive decisions and alignment.
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors, system integrators, and vendors to meet milestones and contracts.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including meeting minutes, status reports, and risk registers.
• Coordinate go-live, cutover activities, readiness checks, and post-implementation support.
