Job summary

Franklin Fitch is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to lead complex technology initiatives across infrastructure and applications in a fast-paced environment in Boston. You will manage projects from initiation through delivery, partnering with IT leadership and business stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget results.

You will strengthen governance, drive best practices, and mentor other project resources while coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering infrastructure and software projects.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycles and delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing multiple projects and working with senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with enterprise technology platforms and business systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex IT projects and multiple concurrent initiatives from planning through delivery.
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, resources and success criteria.
• Manage project plans, dependencies, risks, issues and deliverables.
• Engage IT and business stakeholders to establish priorities and delivery plans.
• Provide clear updates on progress, risks, issues and recommendations.
• Manage project resources, budgets and third-party vendors.
• Lead requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement.
• Facilitate project meetings, steering committees and status reviews.
• Improve project management processes, governance and delivery standards.
• Support technology initiatives across infrastructure, applications and business systems.
• Conduct project reviews and lessons learned to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide guidance and support to other project management resources.
