Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Admin, or related.
• Project management training/certification preferred (PMP, Agile, PRINCE2).
• 10–15 years IT experience; 8–10 years PM of large cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience delivering enterprise level projects (CRM/ERP/infrastructure/cloud).
• 7–9 years engaging with business units and executives; change management.
• Data-driven risk management and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, execution, and delivery of multiple large IT projects across departments.
• Develop and manage detailed plans, milestones, scope, budgets, and timelines.
• Ensure on-time, on-scope, on-budget delivery with quality standards.
• Conduct risk assessments and proactive mitigation strategies.
• Monitor activities for content currency and consistency of information.
• Serve as liaison between technical teams, business units, and executives.
• Present updates, risks, and metrics to governance groups.
• Provide direction to cross-functional teams and promote accountability.
• Manage vendor/subcontractor projects for installation and servicing networks/AV/cabling.
• Coordinate AV upgrades and low voltage cabling projects.
• Oversee network upgrades, WAP deployments, MDF/IDF buildouts.
• Coordinate broader IT infrastructure initiatives campus-wide.
• Facilitate technology relocation activities with external vendors and departments.
