• Experience supporting healthcare clinical/operational workflows
• Ability to understand complex workflows, ask effective questions, and translate findings into clear requirements
• Strong communication and facilitation skills with clinical, operational, technical, and leadership audiences

Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of complex clinical and healthcare technology initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and deliverables
• Build a strong understanding of clinical and operational workflows to identify root problems and inform project decisions
• Map current and future-state workflows, identify gaps and dependencies, and translate findings into actionable requirements
• Facilitate working sessions with clinical, operational, technical, and analytical stakeholders to define scope, refine requirements, and validate use cases
• Develop test scenarios, acceptance criteria, and validation workflows and coordinate end-to-end testing, UAT, and issue resolution
• Partner across clinical, operational, application, data, and analytical teams to ensure the appropriate stakeholders are engaged throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide clear, concise project documentation, status reporting, decision tracking, and stakeholder communication
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, project execution, and cross-team collaboration
• Proactively identify areas requiring additional investigation and drive issues through resolution
