Qualifications

• Strong experience configuring, designing, and supporting an Epic solution.
• Experience in test planning and execution and meeting project quality requirements.
• Knowledge of ambulatory workflows and healthcare IT industry.

Responsibilities

• Create and fulfill EHR use cases, identify business requirements, and translate workflows to technical specs.
• Lead documentation efforts for discovery and implementation.
• Ensure requirements and future state workflows are clearly defined.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to identify tasks and estimates.
• Support vendor upgrades, system changes and environment maintenance procedures.
• Analyze current state processes and document future state gaps.
