Job summary

Hospital for Special Surgery seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of large-scale healthcare technology projects, including new construction, activations, and enterprise initiatives. You will coordinate IT, clinical operations, facilities, and vendors to ensure readiness and successful go-live milestones.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; 5+ years as Project/Program/Portfolio Manager in a high‑intensity setting, ideally healthcare.
Experience with Epic EMR implementations/activations preferred.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal skills; able to navigate governance and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale healthcare technology projects from planning through stabilization.
Coordinate IT, clinical operations, facilities, and vendor teams to ensure readiness and successful deployments.
Develop and maintain project management artifacts, budgets, and governance documentation.
Oversee multiple projects across the portfolio; manage timelines, scope, risks, and communications.
