Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee business systems for the assigned functional area.
• Collaborate with user management and IT peers on scheduling, development, and implementation of new systems projects.
• Standardize data structures and data usage across Baptist Health applications.
• Lead personnel actions including hiring, promotions, salary adjustments, training and development.
• Contribute to departmental budgeting and long-term planning; report to AVP/Director of Information Systems.
