Job summary

Brooksource is seeking an IT Project Manager to support strategic software development initiatives across enterprise applications in a remote setting. You will coordinate projects from planning through delivery, ensuring milestones and business objectives are achieved while aligning with technical and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years of IT project management or software development experience.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Hands-on Jira and Confluence for tracking.
• Understanding of SDLC and project management.
• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• PM certifications preferred (PMP, CAPM, CSM).

Responsibilities

• Support planning, execution, and delivery of software development projects.
• Coordinate schedules, milestones, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, reviews, retrospectives).
• Track progress and report status, risks, milestones to stakeholders.
• Maintain project documentation and artifacts.
• Collaborate with Software Engineers, Product Owners, QA, and Business Analysts.
• Identify risks, remove roadblocks, and escalate issues as needed.
• Assist with prioritization, resource planning, and capacity management.
• Monitor SDLC adherence and project management methodologies.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration.
