Job summary

Brookfield Global Recruitment Services seeks a seasoned project manager to oversee medium to large-scale installation projects, from award to completion. You will translate client requirements into concrete proposals and implementation plans, coordinating procurement and advising on milestones, costs, and subcontractor activities.

You will communicate with the project team and stakeholders, maintain records, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while adapting to evolving needs and leading

Qualifications

• Experience managing complex technical installation projects.
• Ability to translate customer needs into detailed proposals and plans.
• Strong communication to coordinate with teams and document project status.

Responsibilities

• Manage medium–large enterprise installation projects from award to completion.
• Translate customer requirements into implementation plans.
• Coordinate procurement and ensure on-budget, timely completion.
• Establish milestones and analyze project costs.
• Oversee subcontractor selection and performance.
• Maintain accurate records for reports.
