Job summary

Brooksource is seeking a Technical Project Manager to coordinate and govern Enterprise Architecture delivery for complex initiatives. You will align commitments, dependencies, risks, and deliverables with program goals while partnering with engineers, security, QA, product, and business stakeholders.

You will manage planning, backlog grooming, status reporting, Jira/Confluence workflows, and governance. Excellent communication and leadership across teams are essential to drive delivery health

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years in technical project management or technology delivery leadership.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional technology initiatives with multiple teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management across leadership levels.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and related collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and govern EA delivery activities for complex initiatives.
• Develop and manage delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and resources.
• Lead cross-functional teams including risk, engineering, security, QA, product, and business stakeholders.
• Provide visibility into delivery health through status reporting and risk management.
• Facilitate alignment between requirements, architecture, design, and execution plans.
• Track deliverables and governance artifacts; support backlog refinement and reviews.
• Manage Jira boards, workflows, and Confluence documentation for strategic initiatives.
